You have the right to a cooling-off period of 14 calendar days, during which time you may withdraw from this contract. The cooling-off period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third person you have designated but which is not the transport company, have physically taken possession of the items.

You must then immediately, and in all cases no later than 14 calendar days after the date on which you communicated to us your wish to cancel the agreement, return the goods to the same pick-up point, in perfect condition and in the original packaging; you are liable for any loss of value of the goods as a consequence of their use beyond what is necessary to ascertain their condition, characteristics and operation. You should handle the goods with care during the cooling-off period.

You have the right to assess the item and decide whether or not you wish to keep it, and to try it, as you would in the shop. Until you have decided to keep the item, you may not use it.

If you have used the item more than is necessary to ascertain whether or not you wish to keep it, you are liable for any loss of value. The owner of the online shop therefore has a right to compensation if a buyer sends an item back used.
